Nah. I don´t think I told. My mother tongue is German. I mostly use Dutch professionally nowadays but Risiding in Brussels means I use my French a lot too… that´s working and residing in the capital of Europe for you.

I really like the letter-format.

I restrains me. It forces me to keep things short keeping it to the essentials. Writing is not just writing for me… it´s wrestling with words. English is my fourth language.

While 1000 to 2000 words for a letter come relatively easily. 5000 words cost me a month of constant concentration I´ll mostly not have.

And it allows me to cover a vast amount of in story time in relatively few chapters. That allows me to describe relativly large evolutions in a relative realistic timeframe.

So… I´ll keep to the letterformat it suits me as an author really fine.

And then she continued in her most sultry voice… “Make no mistake, I’ll take away every shred of control about your life, your willing to give up… and then I’ll convince you to giveaway some more.”

Antje really knows how to push buttons and plant seeds. Parts of it remind me Seahawk, but in a more positive style. These are two very happy and willing participants. Also the workplace is adjusting well and I can see a smooth progression if things continue. I’m curious about this dietist. These letters are seamlessly shifting into an engaging story, I suggest to just let it happen and unleash your full writing mode. Don’t overly tie yourself to the initial letter concept. Your next chapter could just be a normal chapter with the dietist. And after that, who knows! This is great stuff and it’s motivating me to write more. Thanks for sharing your creativity!
