I have in the past started to write a story and then realised it wasn’t going anywhere and abandoned it.  That’s also why when I publish a story, I do it all in one go.  I can go back and polish the earlier parts.

Alas, for the last year or so, I don’t seem to be able to assemble my ideas into a coherent narrative.  Possibly this is something to do with the drugs I’m on for my heart, but I do hope I can write some more.

It’s a lot fun figuring out ways to prolong it! I do think it’s possible to take it too far though. But this story should end before the majority of the audience is begging for her to get clothes again.

You raise a fair concern about direction, and I completely agree. I’ve made the mistake before of writing without having the end in mind, and it peters out exactly as you say. Having learned from that, I assure you I have the rest of the story completely planned out, though it will be a somewhat windy road to get there.

Indeed, she is paying for her desire to just put everything behind her.
