I also realized that I was about 100 years off. I was going for the Pre-Victorian Regency Era ala Jane Austen early 1800s, not the Edwardian Era early 1900s. Though in my defense it is often confused because there was a surge of popularity for Austen then.

This is actually the 2nd Gerard story, the 1st one was lost on Indian Outlaw’s board many years ago. The idea was to have a series of stories about jilted lovers ambushing Gerard at parties, just to be whupped and seduced by him again.

I had ideas for 2 sequels while writing this. So yes, there will be more. I also liked the interactive aspect and will continue that as well.

That’s a fun story to read! I really love the dialogs, especially the banter between the two. And the comments by the spectators are great with their “Edwardian manner” of speaking. This really sets the story into the right time.

“I love cakes,” Gerard moved suddenly, catching the petite woman about the waist. He hoisted her small body over his shoulder and strode over to the pond. “but I prefer to eat them instead of throwing girls into it. That’s terribly messy. I would much prefer to dump you on the fountain."

LOL! Absolutely! If I am not mistaken, she is still wearing her boots. But I don’t think Gerard is doing things by half, so hopefully they come off as well. Then she will only be wearing an adorable blush (and a red bum after the spanking) for everyone to enjoy.

“savagely hauling on the nylon material till it started to give”

Just one little thing, nylon was invented in the 1930s. In a story set in Edwardian times, this feels a bit off. I also enjoyed the interactive part of your story. Are you going to continue this?

I like this antagonist. He is a bastard, to be sure, but he also has a way with her and seems to be honest.

“Envy this!” Ana made her small fist into a ball and took a blind swing at Gerard, He saw the punch coming a mile away and ducked under it. She lost her footing and spun around.

Poor Ana, if only she were a little more skilled or cunning, and he were a little more drunk.

“No need to take it upon yourself.” Ana tried as Gerard brought his hand up, ready to deliver her punishment.

“… Damnation!”
