Good morning lovely readers! I hope you are doing well today and feeling fulfilled in your occupations or hobbies. I’m a “work to live” sort myself. I know that is weird coming from someone who has signed herself over to a corporation 24/7 for years at a time, but it is true. I do this so I don’t have to do this forever. One day this Mailgirl is going to scrub off her numbers for the last time and retire.

But I want a million dollars in the bank first, so that day is a good way off for now. LOL. Maybe I’ll open a private resort for Mailgirls so they can decompress away from the prying eyes and libidos of their coworkers. Somewhere Mailgirls can relax and cut loose, clothed or not. That would be nice. And I’m sure my clients could afford it.

Maybe someday I’ll open a Mailgirls only resort but until that day I need to get to work. Today’s question comes from  orflash64 who wants to know:

Ugh. Each office always has a few orflash64. Sometimes they are going through a divorce, other times estranged from their children, sometimes its substance abuse, sometimes they’re just dicks. Mailgirls never really had a term for them before; “bad boss”, “dickhead” or something even worse would normally suffice. “Office Ogre” is a good term for these, orflash64. Thanks. I’m going to steal that as office ogre is a perfect image.

In my five years of being a Mailgirl I have certainly known a few office ogres…

…Now I’d like to lie to you orflsh64, I’d like to tell you that a boss was mistreating his staff and I gave the sacrificial blow job to calm him down and the office ladies appreciated it. I’d like to tell you I was a big hero in those situations and feed into the Mailgirl fantasy. I’d like to because you’ve been a good reader following my blog and this Mailgirl does not like to disappoint; But I made a promise to be as honest as possible when I started this blog so I owe you the truth.

That exact situation hasn’t come up, but I’ve done worse. A few posts ago I wrote about how I gave head to a mid-level exec so another Mailgirl could get time off to spend with her family. She appreciated it but the other Mailgirl thought I was terrible for not doing it all the time (like most of them did).

If someone is generally negative about Mailgirls I try to avoid them. There is an old adage about “You can’t please all the people all the time.” This is doubly true for Mailgirls; some workers resent us for existing, some think we are sluts or teases because we work naked, others are just kind of sad about the situations that make women agree to this sort of employment. I learned to interact with those sorts as little as possible.

That is the nice thing about a Mailgirl’s job. I don’t have to interact with them on as social level besides the occasional “good morning” or “yes sir”. It makes being socially awkward much easier. I always know what to say!

Now I’ve had some problems with co-workers “accidentally” touching me. I don’t enjoy that at all. These tend to be younger male employees who bump into me and somehow something will rub up against something else. Ug. You can creep on me all you want but look and don’t touch.

A manager at HSC stood next to me once and casually put his hand on my ass, like we were fucking or something. I was so young I didn’t know how to handle it, just stood there embarrassed as I turned beet-red from head-to-toe. Luckily a female coworker said something because I didn’t want the drama of a “he said/she said” situation.

One of the managers at my current assignment thought it was best to inspect me with his hands, make sure I was smoothly shaven everywhere. He just kind of did it on my second day there, a very uncomfortable moment. I was so shocked I could not say anything until he was done. I let him know that was the one time I would permit him to do it without alerting Human Resources. He didn’t speak to me for a week. I smoothed it over by asking him to visually confirm my uniform compliance every few days. Now I count on him as an office ally. Better than him turning into an ogre as I started to recruit and train my team.

You might see me as weak because I let these sort of things happen. Maybe I am. I’ve been coerced into sex at work a bunch of times but it never made me popular or a hero. The most I’ve gotten was a ‘thank you’ kiss from another Mailgirl.

Sorry to disappoint you orflash64. I hate to do it but I promised to be as truthful as possible. If the situation pops up I will let you know.
