Hello readers, followers, and friends. This is your Mailgirl Six back after a long layoff. I’m sorry I haven’t been blogging lately, the last seven months have been rough for me. Things at the company have not gone as well as they started. There was a shakeup in management and I’m partially to blame for it.
Things were going well, really well, going into the summer. As you know I had recruited two mailgirls from the staff and my intern did graduate and sign a contract. In addition another young woman, a bookkeeper had shown interest as her boyfriend had broken up with her and she felt her job as a dead end. I was assuring her that joining the program would be good for her career, and it was not as difficult or embarrassing as she thought; And unfortunately this diverted my attention away from maintaining discipline on my current crew.
One of my mailgirls, and I won’t say who, had begun a sexual relationship with a married executive. Their liaisons happened both at, and away, from the office. Apparently it had been going on for sometime and the executive’s wife found. She filed for divorce and demanded half of his savings, salary, and stock in the company.
The board room had a full-on nuclear meltdown when they found out. This executive had 42% of the company voting stock, not a majority but if it was split a vengeful ex-wife would have significant ownership and decision power; All because her executive husband could not keep it in his pants and out of the office mailgirl.
Something had to be done. The lawyers got involved. They dropped the hammer on my program.
The ex-wife, let’s call her Ms. West (because she is certainly a wicked witch), was given a new executive position as Director of Human Capital. This new division oversaw the development and advancement of employees, starting with the Mailgirl Program. In addition she hired a Corporate Trainer, “Ms. East”, from god-knows-where and I was demoted to Lead Mailgirl.
Needless to say, none of my recruits nor myself was prepared for how fast things changed. Rules against smiling, laughing and fraternizing with staff were added to the list of demerits. No orgasms without permission. There would be no more sex, masturbation privately or publicly, and bathroom stalls needed to be kept open when in use. Staff and managers were encourage to enforce the existing code more strictly. The Corporate environment started to change on us as some of the co-workers I considered friends started to develop a sadistic streak.
I tried to resist these changes as best I could, especially as the fines for demerits started to mount up. I had my money saved, they could take my whole check if need be, but a big attraction for my new girls was the salary. As soon as that started to dwindle morale really tanked. I had to try to save it.
Ms. West agreed to let the offending mailgirl volunteer for corporal punishment instead of the monetary fine. Five public strokes with a corporately-approved paddle by our corporate trainer Ms. East and one demerit would be dropped. If the infraction is grievous enough I get the paddle too as Lead Mailgirl, discipline starts at the top, right?
So yeah, its been rough and I’m sorry if I don’t feel like blogging in the morning. I used to love going to work, now I’m starting to dread it.
Oh well, one more year and I can go somewhere else…
…But you did not come here to read my sob story, you came here to get some questions answered. Readerman says:
“That 24/7 job seemed like hell. They must have a thing for extra unhappy mailgirls. I mean, why not let the girls pleasure themselves or each other? I could be wrong, but it doesn’t seem like a sustainable business model. Maybe they were pushing for a horny slave vibe. These experiences have obviously strengthened you. I wonder if any of the female readers here wish they could have joined you on your adventure?”
The 24/7 place was certainly trying. As bad as things feel now at least I get to go home at night.
As for mailgirls pleasuring each other, it’s about control. The 24/7 place was a male dominated workplace, mostly tech-oriented businesses, so the employees lacked a certain amount of social skills. Throw the Ivy League executive bro’s on top and you get a lot of repressed sexual energy that wants to behave badly. By discouraging the girls from seeking release themselves, or with each other, they thought it increased the likelihood the mailgirls would turn to them.
Pure idiocy. Humans don’t work that way. Trust me. I spent the better part of a year convincing my recruits to do it themselves or turn to each other, so that the situation I’m currently in did not happen. Look how that turned out?
People always want what you don’t want to give them. The forbidden fruit is the most enticing.
As for any female readers that want to join me on my current adventure? DM me if you don’t mind living in Georgia or some mild BDSM. The real shame of my current situation is two more mailgirl recruits would have triggered a bonus clause in my contract, I could use the $500,000. I’m pretty sure I’m never going to see that now.
I guess that’s enough for this time. Keep the questions and comments coming as I’m going to start using this blog as a distraction. I’ll try to keep my chin up if you promise to keep reading. Just remember, Health & Efficiency matters.
You can push through this. When I first started working, the higher ups had changed and they were trying to chase out the entire faculty to start brand new. I was able to get through those five months of hell. I know that you will be able to get through this Six. Just take things one day at a time! You got this!
Glad to see you back
Welcome back Six!
I get it that you are taking responsibility, but you can hardly be blamed for that situation. But yes, that really sucks. Ouch that you get the overflow paddling. One more year sounds tough. On the plus side it looks like a crackdown on executives messing with mailgirls as well. When you mentioned some co-workers becoming sadistic, I’m not sure if you meant mailgirls or not.
Thanks for answering my question. Yeah, it does look like recruiting will be hard. Or if someone does get recruited, it won’t be a pleasant experience for them. I’m sad to see you lose that bonus, but I do promise to keep reading. So keep your chin up and try to stay creative. Hopefully someone figures out a way to bring Ms. West down!
