Author’s Note: We are roughly 12 hours before the concluding events of Chapter 5. As noted by previous chapters, the story has two parallel plot lines now. This chapter, Chapter 6, is the plot line that recounts what will happen to the household as Mr. Francis arrives, and how the search for Serina is going.
Mr. Rolet rounds a corner. More accurately, he cuts the corner in a mad dash, trampling a flower bed and nearly tripping because of it. One of his hands is still over his crotch and his other is flailing about. It’s almost there. One more block. At least it’s dark. His collar chafes his neck aggressively. He sees the glowing blue and yellow sign for the Arlington Regional Guard, with a fleet of similarly colored cars combat-parked in front of it. It was an intimidating building filled with armed policemen and Mr. Rolet was about to run into it, completely naked save for his dog collar.
He runs through the revolving door as fast as he can and is immediately greeted with a glare from the secretary. However, her frowning face is about all he can see over the high counter.
“Pets must walk on all fours. Where is your master?” she asks disapprovingly.
“I am not a pet, and neither do I have a master. This getup is just the latest effort to humiliate me. There’s a missing person. She’s a young girl. Around 20 years of age. I have a picture too.” He wrestles with his collar to pull the paper out.
“A collar signifies submission. I can claim the picture and any information from you once you start acting like a pet. What’s your name?” Mr. Rolet reluctantly sits down. “I am Mr. Rolet. Here’s the picture. I would gladly give it to you, BUT I CAN’T REACH the bloody counter like THIS.”
“Mr. Rolet is hardly an appropriate name. What’s your real name?” The secretary smirks at Mr. Rolet.
“Fine, I’m James. How do I give you this picture?” Mr. Rolet gets irritated.
“Good boy, James. My name is Adrianna. You can call me Anna. I’ll come over there and get the picture.” The secretary smiles and stands up. Mr. Rolet is surprised to see that she’s wearing nothing at all. When she steps around the counter, he can see that Anna is wearing heels. A shock goes through Mr. Rolet’s body. She looks like she has less of a tendency to beat someone up than Molly, and is slimmer too, but otherwise, the feature and color similarities are unnaturally similar. She kneels on both knees, and puts herself uncomfortably close to Mr. Rolet, and starts to pet him, but he shoves her away. He blushes as his hands land on her breasts.
“You’re naked. As naked as I am. Why was I greeted with such a disrespectful stare? And why would you choose to be naked?” Mr. Rolet is irritated, but can’t help but be entranced by her body. Anna notices and comes closer to Mr. Rolet again. “I don’t like it when a pet enters the building and thinks it’s better than a human. Well, I was offered a bonus for working like this. Where I’m from, I can’t not take bonuses. And I was offered complimentary showers at the police barracks, as long as I’m accompanied by an officer. And it’s just fun, isn’t it?”
“It is most certainly NOT fun. This has been nothing but humiliating!” Mr. Rolet gets angry. “Now can I just give you this picture and leave?”
“I’m afraid not. When we investigate at one’s request, they’re obligated to stay with us until it’s resolved, or until they dismiss the case. I’m sure you’ll enjoy staying with me.” Anna flicks her hair back, and Mr. Rolet falls for her seduction. As she stands up, Mr. Rolet reaches for her butt. She allows contact for a second, but then scolds him. “Oh, naughty boy, aren’t you? See that machine over there? Put that picture into the machine. It’ll begin searching the security cameras for a facial match.” Mr. Rolet starts to stand up, but Anna pushes him back down and whispers into his ear. “You’re still a pet. Since you have no owner, I’ll claim you.” Mr. Rolet crawls to the machine, puts the paper in, and returns to Anna.
“My shift is over, let’s go for a walk. Take me to your house.”
“I HAVE TO CRAWL NAKED ON THE STREET? That will be painful in more ways than emotional. I’LL BLEED OUT!”
“No silly, you’ll be on the sidewalk. Anyway, it’s not like you have a choice; if you abandon me, your case will be dismissed. And you won’t see me again. Is that what you want?”
“No, I suppose not. Let’s go.” He thinks both of Molly, waiting to beat him up if he was unsuccessful, and losing his new, beautiful ‘owner.’
“Wait just a minute.” Anna comes back with a rope and a flashlight. “Just in case. It is dark outside, and I can’t have you running off.” She bends close to Mr. Rolet to tie the rope to his collar. Her breasts hang straight in front of his face.
“You have got to be kidding me. Everyone seems to be on a mission to humiliate me further and further today.”
As they exit the building, Anna purposely walks slowly, not giving the slightest care about her nudity. She keeps the flashlight trained on Mr. Rolet, and the rope under a firm grip. “Why don’t you lead me on the quickest way?” Mr. Rolet glares back at Anna but turns right at the corner regardless.
Once they reach Frase Industries, Molly is waiting outside. “Oh, thank you so much for keeping little James safe! And the leash! What a wonderful idea, I wouldn’t have thought of it myself. Please, come inside! I’m Molly, pleased to meet you.” Anna accepts, tugging Mr. Rolet behind her. “This drama is all unnecessary, Molly,” Mr. Rolet growls.
Anna introduces herself, and the two ladies start talking. Mr. Rolet is sitting on the floor in between them, being wrestled down by both of them whenever he tries to stand up.
“Unfortunately, I must leave now. However, the policy is that someone must accompany me to show that they are serious about the investigation they have brought and are not wasting our time. Would either of you like to accompany me? You could also send another butler or maid.” Anna and Molly quickly hug, and Molly says that “Pierre will accompany you. He should be the one to bring Serina back in. I will go find him and be right back. You can say your goodbyes to James. Now James, you behave.”
Anna hugs James and starts to play with his penis. He considers resisting but starts to enjoy it. He then fondles her breasts, and soon, they’re rolling around on the floor.
Meanwhile, Pierre has just received Mr. Francis, and meets Molly by the kitchen. “Molly, it’s great to see you. Thankfully, Mr. Francis is exhausted and went straight to sleep. It appears he ate on the flight. We have a maximum of 15 – 18 hours before Serina must be back.”
“A lady from the police station has come, she requests one of us to accompany her back. I suggested to her you do it. I’ll take care of Mr. Francis for as long as I can. Her name is Anna, she’s waiting at the entrance floor.”
“Send a PA to that floor asking her to come to the garage level. I’ll meet her there.”
“Do you want a driver?”
“Not enough time. I’ll drive. Tell her to find the black car with the license plate ZX09C4. I’ll grab the keys.”
Molly runs to the telephone, while Pierre dashes in the opposite direction. She punches in the number for the ground floor, and then the code to make an intercom announcement. “Anna, please proceed promptly to the garage level and wait by the car with license plate Z, X, zero, nine, C, four. Z, X, zero, nine, four.”
Anna is glad that Molly repeated the digits. “Well James, looks like I have to go.” This has been fun.” She kisses Mr. Rolet and runs towards the stairs. She finds the car quickly. No more than thirty seconds later, a man exits the secure structure in the corner of the garage, and bolts towards the car. The car lights flash, and he slows to a fast walk. “Get in!” Anna does as he says. Pierre quickly starts the car, and expertly maneuvers it around the pillars. Once they reach the exit ramp, he floors the accelerator, and they zip out of the garage.
Anna squeals and grips the grab handle as the car drifts around corners and throws her around her seat. Within minutes, they reach the police station. Pierre stands on the brakes. “OH MY GOD! YOU ARE RECKLESS!” Anna yells at Pierre, and quickly gets out of the car. “WE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED!”
“But we weren’t. Time is of the essence. Why are the patrol cars still here? Are you taking any initiative at all?”
“We have surveillance cameras searching for Serina as we speak.”
“And do these cameras have full coverage of the city? Including alleyways?”
“They cover every official street. But chances are that if the street has streetlamps, it’ll be under surveillance.” Despite her bravado, Anna starts realizing that their official policy isn’t the best way to catch someone.
Pierre keeps pushing. “Do you see how that could be problematic?”
Anna finally gives in and says that she’ll speak to her boss. Once she disappears around a corner, Pierre goes back to the car and calls Molly.
“Did you know that these nitwits didn’t send anyone out to search for Serina? They just fed her image into security cameras that have a chance of covering every official street.” Pierre recounts what Anna told him. “WHAT? Is that their policy? If a missing person is reported, they won’t even lift a finger?” “Seems like it.” Pierre says calmly. “I’ll keep you posted on what happens here.”
