For whatever reason the server is no longer responding. God willing it’ll be back up soon. Feels like some of the best ENF stories on the internet are just vanishing without any backup. This is really starting to piss me off not just as a fan of the genre but also as an advocate for data preservation.
Agreed. I hope the server is back up soon. It would really be a tremendous loss if it doesn’t.
Fortunately, the wayback machine does have archives of the stories that were posted, with a website snapshot as recent as November 11, 2019.

I’ve been dreading this. Zack announced in May 2017 that he’s seriously ill and I assume the worst. I’ve sent him an email and waiting for a response.

Sad to see another intermittent stay from a frequent guest on the “Is Down” file there. In fact during an earlier period of such prompted my first true contact with this broader community circa November 2006 as I posted a thread similar to this to the late lamented IO Discussion Board and thus my internet ID being born at the same time.
Sadly I have not added to my solitary entry posted there on the 16th March 2008, but I live in hope that it will be joined by others from my pen. If only someone there could drop a coin into the meter box sometime soon.

It looks to me as though TheKinkyServer is the main domain, and Writings of Leviticus just a sub-domain. Note that TheKinkyServer is based in France, and I can’t see Leviticus registering a domain with a French address. So it looks like he was using it as his host.
When I try to ping or traceroute the base TheKinkyServer.com I get the same error as when I try to access Writings of Leviticus, so it appears to be a problem that is out of Leviticus’ hands.
Last update I heard was Zack was seriously ill (I heard chemotherapy mentioned?) and then dropped offline entirely. I never got a reply from him since trying to reach out in 2017 or early 2018, did anyone else stay in touch with him?
My understanding was that the main author of the site passed away, and it was maintained for a while by his partner. Since the site appears to no longer be live, I’m assuming she discontinued it for some reason…

In order not to lose it again, I downloaded the whole site using HTTrack Website Copier. It is a great tool for that.

So you never will find the server of his written stories. About this site I don’t know nothing, I was here never before. At Asstr.org as a reader, not as writer I’m there since 1989 (almost since the start).
