Anywho, we have a series of related questions from Anon:
“Sorry, I only recently found this blog and haven’t yet read all your entries. Found it as there are talks at our small office to get 2 or 3 mail-girls. Hi Anon! I’m glad your office is looking in to the Mailgirl option. Over a decade in and Mailgirls are continuing to maximize efficiency, boost profits and employee satisfaction in nearly every place that has ever used them. The more offices that sign up the more places the program can prove it works; And the more high-paying jobs for women like me! It’s really a win-win and I’m sure everyone will come around eventually.
So you have a small office and are looking to take on 2 or 3 Mailgirls? That’s great. A lot of smaller offices don’t jump into the program deep enough at the beginning, only getting one mailgirl and waiting to see the benefits before obtaining more. At my first contract the employee-to-mailgirl ratio was 2,000-to-1! I was running all day from clock-in to punch-out. It’s a good thing I was so young otherwise I don’t know if my body would have adjusted to that much work.
A good ratio is 25-to-1 and the best is 10-to-1. That way all the filing, supplies, data retrieval, and interoffice communications can be handled by the Mailgirl and still leave her time to get your coffee the way you like it. 🙂
So it sounds like your executives understand the benefits but female employees are pushing back on the idea. That is to be expected. It is upon the executives to decide on the best course for the company, the employees just have to do their jobs. Good Mailgirls are the best way to get the program accepted by being useful, efficient, and taking all the flack for it. I can’t tell you how many times my office workers have called me a “slut” or “whore” just for doing my job. That’s okay. That’s part of the reason I am there.
You see, people only have so much negativity. Being negative is actually rather exhausting because it’s an emotional response. People will carry negativity from home into work, from their relationships or online arguments; people can be sponges of negative energy. Sometimes sponges get full and the liquid spills out and gets everywhere. Negativity can splatter onto your boss, other employees or even customers and mess things up for the whole business. Mailgirls fix that mess for everyone. Instead of releasing that negative energy on the wrong target let the Mailgirl have it.
I can’t tell you how many whispers I’ve overheard, how many looks of distain, how many times office workers have circled me and called me a “nasty, naked, sweaty little slut”. It’s fine. I accept that. I apologize and go shower where they can observe and supervise me. They think I’m just washing the filth off my skin but they don’t see that I’m washing that negativity away. When I present myself to them all clean and subordinate they get that out of their system and feel a modicum of control, of satisfaction. This is one of the psychological benefits of hiring Mailgirls. Morale improves even if not all employees are attracted or enticed to the new office fixtures.
Honestly, just typing about it has left me rather stimulated. It’s going to be a good day.
As for female office workers, they all come around eventually. What is abhorrent eventually becomes usual, usual becomes normal, and normal becomes expected. Most women start off looking at a Mailgirl and say “better her than me,” but after a few months those thoughts turn to “why not me?”
Demerits aside, Mailgirls get compensated well. Very well in comparison to the average female salary. But you had a purpose too Anon, when you wrote me your message. So I will stop rambling now and try to answer your questions directly:
Getting Mailgirls via a placement agency is a good start. Mailgirls from outside the office are an easier transition to the program than trying to force it from within. I was the first Mailgirl at my first company and came in from outside. It took several months to get employees used to the concept and about a year to be fully accepted as part of the corporate culture. Shortly after that our first new Mailgirl was recruited from within.
(And now I’m thinking about Maria again. So beautiful. So brave. Now I’m really excited. Looks like this Mailgirl is masturbating in the shower when she gets to work.)
At my current contract I was brought in as the first Mailgirl as well, but my expressed purpose was to start the program and recruit from within the company. I already have two recruits and brought in an intern from a local college. I expect the intern to go fulltime Mailgirl upon graduation. So far this program is launching well. If I can recruit two more Mailgirls before my contract expires it will be a smashing success.
Ok, I think I pretty well covered the atitude changes you can expect from the women at the office.
Dresses at the office? On the younger ones expect more plunging necklines, shorter skirts, and tighter dress in general. Also high-heels will suddenly come back into fashion. All women want to feel desired, younger women especially.
Now some of the older women will reject this program. They will tend to dress more conservative. They will also be most abusive towards the Mailgirls. Some of those may never come around. Professional Mailgirls expect an know how to handle this. So long as they don’t cross the line they can be as abusive as they want. Pros can take it.
I can’t think of any offices were choker-chains became in vogue for non-mailgirls. I don’t think that’s a trend unless they practice S&M in their personal time, and most don’t want to broadcast that in a professional environment. So offices might encourage this though and I can only speak from my own experience.
Mailgirls being recruited from within? I would expect the first one in about a year, but that time may be shorter if you have a lower worker-to-mailgirl ratio. Someone will decide they are not paid enough and they can do the job. One year, maximum before you have your first crossover.
As for non-Mailgirls working in the nude? I have not seen much of that myself but I’ve heard things. Keep in mind office nudity is probably sexual harassment, sexual battery or lewd conduct in most municipalities or companies. Mailgirls are working in the “required uniform” for their job and that legal terminology makes a big difference.
Personally, if I ever took a job that wasn’t Mailgirl-ing, I would probably work naked if given the choice. For me, being a Mailgirl this long has had some effects on my psychology. When I’m unclothed I work faster and more efficiently, can concentrate harder on both work-tasks and keeping the people around me satisfied, and those results increase my own satisfaction. Depending on the corporate culture working naked might not be allowed, or I might only do it when trying to keep a team focused on task, or maybe just stretch their definition of “Casual Friday”. LOL. I would have to feel out the situation.

The idea of a small company using Mailgirls has given me an idea.
A small company with 300 employees was about to go under, recession, covid, whatever. The Executive Board was desperate for ideas to get them out of this jam. Someone found a Mailgirl resources company that was willing to bail them out of their financial crisis in exchange for implementing a Mailgirl department in their company for four years.
That would entail two mailgirl contracts for five girls over a period of four years. The Mailgirl company was looking to model Mailgirl services in various size companies to expand the market. They had no problem getting large corporations to sign up, but small ones not so much.
The Mailgirl resource company, we will call them Nudo Delivery. And the failing company Prodigal LLC.
Prodigal wasn’t a bad company, it just went a little overboard on expenses for the Executive Board. Particularly hush money, to say the board members couldn’t keep in their pants is one way to put it. Silence was expensive.
The Old Boys club executives had no problem with lovely naked young girls running about at the office. The women of the office were another matter. Fortunately there were not many, of the three hundred employees only fifty were female. More than forty were over the age of forty five.
The first five Mailgirls were hired out of Nudo Delivery to work at Prodigal, however the second contract was the responsibility of Prodigal to make happen. Nudo Delivery set up the Mailgirl team in a diversified showcase of one Asian, one African American, one brunette Caucasian, one blonde Caucasian and one natural red head Caucasian. They required Prodigal to follow this model for the first four years.
The first two years went well. Nudo Delivery oversaw most of the Human Resources in regards to the Mailgirls while Prodigal handled the rest.
The Head of Prodigal HR was a member of the Old Boys Executive club, Dan Goodwin. The grunt work was handled by Megan Reilly, his Executive Assistant. Megan is 32 in very fine form and a natural red head. Megan is in a very critical position and over thirty. No one thought Megan would be even considered as a Mailgirl, until some particular circumstances came about.
After the first contract was completed three of the original Mailgirls renewed for another two years, but two girls had to be hired to replace them. The replacements either had to be hired from outside or found within the company.
One was hired from outside and the other was recruited from within the company. With the new contracts in place Nudo Delivery was more hands off for this two year contract period. They checked in about every quarter to see how things were going, then left again.
Things were going fine till one of the new Mailgirls reported she was pregnant. Labor laws forbid pregnant woman from working as Mailgirls.
Replacing the redheaded Mailgirl turned out more difficult than expected. One of the reasons being the rumors about the Old Boy’s Club using the Mailgirls for more than mail delivery. The excesses of the Old Boy’s Club was what got them into financial trouble in the first place.
Two months went by and still no replacement. Prodigal was starting to worry. Reviewing the contract they signed, Prodigal would be in breach of contract if they didn’t find a young red haired woman to strip down and deliver mail for 18 months.
Megan had another girl in the company in mind. She was a redhead, fit and was in the age range they were looking for. What Megan overlooked was that this girl was a military veteran and due to her combat service she is in a wheelchair.
When Megan brought up a girl from within and the Board had looked at the only red haired girls available, they knew who to choose. Megan assumed it was the same girl she had chosen.
The Old Boy’s Club were worried about losing their retirement pensions. They tried that argument with Megan as well,plus a few other plot device threats and persuasions to get Megan to work naked for those remaining 18 months.
Finally Megan gave in and became Mailgirl #5. Megan was in for a number of rude awakenings. When they started the Mailgirl program the girls went to work from home and got dressed at the end of the day and went back home again.
The next two year contract started the 24/7 dorm model. It took them two years to build the basement facility. After Megan was stripped of her clothes, so was everything else in her life. Her apartment was packed up and put in storage as well as all her clothes and personal items and her car.

Something else was new to Megan or #5. Even though she was naked and exposed to everyone, she suddenly became invisible to certain people. The same people that were doing nasty things to the Mailgirls.
The rumors were true and #5 became aware of Mailgirls spending time under the desks of various Executives, or bent over those same desks getting pounded.
Number Five was debating what to do about this, til someone forgot who she was and Number Five found herself bent over a desk.
Megan went to her old boss Dan to report it. Of course he already knew because he already had his fair share of Mailgirl pussy.
Dirty tricks ensued and when Megan was ask to sign a complaint on the sexual harassment, among the papers was a new full two year contract for Mailgirls with an option for another re up at the company’s discretion, a Power of Attorney and a confession that she embezzled from the company.
Megan was so upset about the sexual abuse of the Mailgirls, she didn’t read the other papers set before her.
After the Old Boy’s Club had Megan right where that wanted her, Megan went from occasionally getting fucked to a daily routine of being the Executives favorite new toy, riding her hard and filling her mouth with more cream than a porn star.
So that’s the story outline. A look at what a small company can get away with under the radar.
Any of you experienced writers want to write out the whole story for Last Resort Mailgirl?
This sentence could be an interesting starting point. But the rest didn’t seem like it would fly on this board.
Seems like you just want Megan, someone that is trying to protect the mailgirls, to end up as a mailgirl sex slave. That story idea might fit better on the other board with with Joe-Doe, Carl-Bradford, and Gentlemanmariner. Were you thinking it would be like one of their stories?
RM, are you imposing your story values over the entire board? Others may have a different interpretation of what makes an erotic story. I try to keep an open mind of different points of view.
I think RM was referring to the rules/guidelines of the board. I remember reading something about it in the rules/guidelines page https://nficstoryboard.com/rules-and-guidelines/, but I can’t find it there anymore. Perhaps the rules were changed since then.
Nope, I am not imposing anything. The opposite in fact. I was hoping to inspire you to write this story but was worried if it was allowed on this board. Looks like Cave looked into it and it’s no problem to post such a story here. I mentioned those three good writers just out of curiosity if that was the writing style that you were going for.
Perhaps. Characters do have sex in these stories, how it is written makes all the difference. A number of you have written it quite elegantly.
Hey O64,In looking at your summary it has a lot of possibilities. There is a lot of specifics in there that would have to be worked out. In addition, its about 2/3’rds of a story arch for your main character, which is a strange place to drop the story unless she feels fulfilled by her forced-servitude predicament. If I were to write-up something like that there would have to be a satisfying emotional conclusion for the main character.
(Also that would be a commission. You could post it anywhere you wanted, or publish it, but I would have to charge as that looks like a lot of work 😉 .)
As for sexual content, I have some in nearly every story I’ve written here. Its almost never the focus, and I hint at a lot more than I describe directly, but forced is forced. That is a major turn off for some and a major turn on for others, so there is always going to be a split.I would ask @kinsey if that was cool or not as this website is viewable in multiple countries which may effect the legality of such content.
Right now, it’s just a rough idea. The main focal point is Megan not exactly a mailgirl type but could be in a pinch. Most of the girls were 18 to 30, Megan is 32 and part of management. Her attitude is “I’m above this, I’m management”. But she is fit and resembles the profile. When push comes to shove the Old Boy’s Club will throw the underling under the bus.
How Megan rises above to have a satisfying ending I would leave to the writer. As for paying a commission, I’m a disabled Desert Storm veteran on a fixed income. I was a photo editor, not a writer, but I’m trying to complete a few stories. Writing an ending has been one of my difficulties.
I am guessing that she didn’t mean pay money. She meant ‘pay’ as in agreeing to let her to make it satisfying ending for Megan. Looking at this site’s rules as long as there isn’t excessive violence or underage characters it appears to be fine. Look like you are home free!

Ok, so Megan looks like Nicole Kidman in the early nineties. I’ve had many story ideas but always didn’t know how to finish them. That takes a good writer. Megan started at the company when she was 18 and now 14 years later she is a real go getter, practically running H.R. While the H.R. Vice President takes all the credit. How the blackmail and not necessarily consensual sex could be written in such a way as Megan is not so against it or plotting payback in such a way that it’s acceptable. The long drawn out we need you to be the Mailgirl part would develop the characters and of course the awkward adjusting to the station she is in. Finally the acceptance of the situation and the few clues that the Old Boy’s Club are dipping their pen in the company ink well that Megan is suspicious about, till it happens to her with a drunk Executive. Then it’s a whole situation she has to deal with. While digging around Megan discovers that Nudo Delivery is aware of this problem and Prodigal pays a premium fee to Nudo Delivery for the violation. Hench everyone conspiring to shut her up, Blackmail and keep her a Mailgirl. So it’s like a onion plot where you peel back the layers to get the big picture. A lot of this came from when I worked for a large corporation that regularly pulled dirty tricks but always tried to look good to the general public and their customers. More questions welcomed.
Cool. I won’t ask any more questions in case sbjdaniels decides to write the story. Let her have some creative freedom. The usual shocking betrayal tends to be a common theme in mailgirl stories. It generally works best when part of the betrayal is the person finding out that they are beginning to like it. Because then it’s more realistic if they decide to put up with it. It needs to be a betrayal of self, or discovery of self as much as anything else – to be really good… usually.
Yes, that’s where I was going with it, but didn’t know how to put into words. She puts up with the mailgirls, there’s a problem replacing the Mailgirl, she is betrayed and becomes the Mailgirl for a short time, she discovers the truth about Mailgirls, she debates what to do, she is abused liked the mailgirls, she is backed into a corner, she is confused how she feels when being abused (she never has orgasms like this before), she finds a solution or other favourable outcome. Like maybe she gets out of being a permanent mailgirl but when they are short of Mailgirls, she fills in and gets filled.
Sounds like a good overview outline. Well done. I bet sbjdaniels could work her magic with that idea. I mean, even in this current blog post Six was talking about recruiting from within.
After giving this some serious thought I think I could tackle this story, but there would have to be some caveats. A story this long would be many chapters, at least novella length. And it would take a lot of time, probably the rest of the year as I only get a couple hours a week writing time. I wouldn’t be able to do my infrequent Mailgirl Six blog.So to put that much time and work into something I would need some compensation. Rather than charge a commission I could publish it, but that would mean Orflash64 would have to waive his rights to the story. If that happened, SliceReality did a cover and Wellvyne agreed to put it on his site, If all that happened I think I could get it done.
That’s fine, I just want to read it by a writer better than me. I have given story ideas to various other writers, the only disappointment is when they changed it so much it no longer even resembles the original story idea. I like your style sbjdaniels, I think you can do it justice.

I have a start in my head, a good juxtaposition to introduce the main characters, I just lack the time to write it. Chapters are going to be sporadic until my situation changes. It’s nice to know people are interested.
